Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product using the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Hygiene & Product Disposal

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all returned products are destroyed upon receipt and are not resold or reused.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pump Xtreme cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Eligible products may be covered under our 2-Year Limited Warranty.

2-Year Warranty

Pump Xtreme products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Warranty coverage may require product registration using the unique code provided with your product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or improper use
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized modifications
